You know the saying, ‘take time to smell the roses’? We all lead busy lives, but take at least 15 minutes each day to stop, slow down, and enjoy what’s around you. With all the hectic activities of your lives, we forget to enjoy the simple things in life. Go outside and take a walk. Dance around your room. Bake that cake you’ve been wanting to make. Anything. Everything can pile up and make your stress bubble on the verge of exploding, but doing something as little as stopping to take a deep breathe and a deserved break can lead to your list of things to do seem less daunting.
